*4th amendment-NO unlawful search and seizure/ protection of privacy
*5th amendment-Due process of LAW/"I plead the fifth"
*6th amendment-Trial by Jury "criminal" cases
*7th amendment-Trial by Jury "non-criminal"cases (civil)
*8th amendment-No cruel or unusual punishment
*9th amendment-People's Rights NOT mentioned
*10th amendment-State's Rights
